Process Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designing production processes: setting up lines, process flow, material flow, FMEA
• Preparing rates characterizing the line flow (OEE)
• Preparing a plan of the line capacity (labor time)
• Supporting preparation and verifying technical documentation of the production processes
• Preparing a list of available replacement materials for the components used in the production
• Reviewing the condition of the available machines, equipment and other production means
• Preparing a requisition plan for machines, equipment and other production means
• Searching for the best sales offers of unavailable machines, equipment and other production means
• Supervising the production lines during their implementation
• Starting the production lines
• Supervising and analyzing work on the production lines, measuring the work efficiency.
• Introducing improvements in the production lines, increasing the productivity and eliminating the excess of the production capacity
• Identifying and implementing improvements in the production processes.
• Supporting the production from the technological point of view
• Segregation of the scrap and reduction of the production devices usage
• Adherence to procedures related to system management of quality and environmental
• Perform work in accordance with the standards of personal and professional integrity as described in the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

Qualification:
• Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably specialization mechanical, electronic or automation), and a minimum of 2 years experience on similar position
• Require knowledge of English sufficient to communicate
• Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD
• Desirable knowledge SAP
• An analytical capability which lends itself to problem solving
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility and willingness to invest extra time when required
• Punctual and reliable
• Resistance to stress
• Knowledge of quality systems
• Desirable knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
• Quality tools (FMEA, 5W)
